ABOUT ME

Personal
I live in Espoo Finland. I have five wonderful kids (2 girls + 3 boys) and I work on IT world. My hobbies are Krav Maga (trainer/instructor), driving mountain bike, gym, home decoration and on winter different winter sports. I speak Finnish, Polish, English, but also have been studying Swedish and Russian.

Professional
I have a long software development project experience in many different software development projects and technologies for about 20 years. During my career I have been responsible for development, testing, architecture planning and project planning areas.

I have been also an entrepreneur for my own company (Special Code Oy), which I started at March 2007 and ended at October 2013. All those years my scope has been in developing company business further by acting as an architect/developer consultant for Nokia Siemens Networks Remote Access Solution, and in parallel I have developed several sellable solutions/products as ‘Foam-Monitor’ alarm system for fire brigades (market leader in Finland), Varaaaika.net internet time reservation system for beauty treatment entrepreneurs, in addition I have developed several www- and network competition-pages. The newest project/product that I’m working for is ‘HALI’ traffic light perquisite system, which is ordered by city of Oulu & Oulu Koillismaan Rescue Service Institution. These projects/products have required and grown a good knowledge of different software development tools and methods.

Before my entrepreneur career, I worked for Suunto Oy in a several roles, Swelcom Oy (Sanoma Corporation) and Teicom Oy. I have a wide experience on software development tools and processes. I am a fast learner and capable of adapting different working environments and projects rapidly. I have excellent problem solving skills and I’m capable to think out of the box.
